VanguardCX — Freelance Product Designer (Full Remote)

Remote
Work Type: Seasonal

About VanguardCX
VanguardCX is the creative arm of Nice People Club, specializing in digital product design—from early concepting to full-scale UI/UX execution. We partner with thoughtful brands to craft meaningful digital experiences that are not only beautiful, but also functional and intuitive.

We’re currently looking for a Freelance Product Designer who’s not just great at layouts and prototypes, but genuinely cares about solving problems through user-centered thinking. Someone who enjoys turning complexity into clarity and believes in creating products that feel right.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design UI/UX for various digital platforms such as websites and mobile applications

  • Brainstorm and craft creative, user-centered solutions based on client needs and product goals

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams—PMs, developers, strategists—and our clients

  • Build user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes backed by research and usability thinking

  • Provide design reports or updates to stakeholders on a regular basis

  • Take part in research, testing, and insight validation to shape the product in meaningful ways

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in Product Design / UI-UX Design

  • A strong design portfolio with real case studies (we love seeing how you think, not just what you make)

  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Framer, and AI tools (e.g. Loveable)

  • Ability to think through both UX and UI—from structure to polish

  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and communicating ideas clearly

  • Curious, proactive, and open to feedback (we appreciate both boldness and humility)

  • Strong storytelling skills when presenting your work

Engagement Details

  • Freelance role

  • 5 working hours per day

  • Monday to Friday

  • Remote & collaborative work environment within the Nice People Club ecosystem
