We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic International Sales Executive to join Nice People Club (NPC), a remote-first creative group with three distinctive brands:
- NTMY: Graphic design subscription service for daily marketing needs.
- Stellaris1: Creative agency focused on branding, corporate strategy, and custom creative projects.
- VanguardCX: UI/UX and digital product design for web and mobile apps.
The ideal candidate will be based in Bali and will actively seek out new international clients, particularly digital nomads, expats, and international businesses based in Bali. You will play a key role in growing our international client base by engaging in outbound sales efforts, networking in Bali's vibrant community, and closing deals for NPC's subscription and project-based services.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
- Identify and generate leads from digital nomads, expat entrepreneurs, and international companies operating in Bali.
- Conduct outbound sales efforts, including cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach, to engage potential clients.
- Attend networking events, meetups, and community gatherings in Bali to build relationships and identify client opportunities.
- Sales Process & Client Meetings:
- Conduct initial client meetings to understand their needs and propose the right services from NPC's three brands (NTMY, Stellaris1, VanguardCX).
- Present proposals, conduct sales pitches, and handle contract negotiations.
- Work closely with our creative teams to ensure smooth onboarding and seamless project execution.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Represent Nice People Club at local events to expand our client network and increase brand visibility.
- Cross-selling & Up-selling:
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell services across NPC brands and up-sell additional services to existing clients.
- Sales Reporting:
- Track sales activities, maintain an organized CRM system, and provide regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion, and client acquisition progress.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in a creative agency, design services, or digital product environment.
- Proven track record in outbound sales, lead generation, and client acquisition with international clients.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively present and sell creative services to international clients.
- Networking skills with the ability to connect and build relationships with potential clients in the digital nomad and expat community.
- Experience in cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Ability to manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract signing.
- Location:
- Must be based in Bali and familiar with the local community of digital nomads, expats, and business owners.
- Comfortable working in a 100% remote environment, with strong time management and self-discipline.
