NPC (Nice People Club) is looking for a Brand/Communication Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Content Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong social media strategies, copywriting skills, and be adept at handling clients from various business backgrounds. Relevant experience of 5+ years is required.

Senior Content Strategist

Responsibilities:
  • Develop social media and campaign strategies based on trends, consumer behavior, and business objectives
  • Provide strategic direction on the communications initiatives, identifying the key value proposition, consumer needs, and value to the clients’ business
  • Plan and execute impactful social media campaigns and toolkits or other media campaigns
  • Structure and fill out presentation decks to pitch campaign or content ideas to clients
  • Conduct a presentation to clients about the social media plan or campaign
  • Craft and produce compelling copy in a variety of formats, including manifestos, video scripts, KV copy, digital contents, and social media captions for diverse audiences

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a strategist or related role (Copywriter/Content Manager/Social Strategist), preferably with creative/digital agency experience
  • Proven track record of creating engaging and effective copy for various audiences and platforms
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices
  • Strong creativity, curiosity about clients' products/services, and an eye for detail
  • Understands the clients’ business and is able to connect business challenges with impactful strategies that drive business results
  • Able to interpret ongoing research and media reports with excellent analytical skills
  • Persuasive communication and ability to gain trust and inspire confidence in clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
