Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conceptualize and design captivating graphics for digital and print media, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand identity
  • Lead the design direction for new clients or complex projects, including logos, branding, and multi-item pages
  • Develop relevant concepts through mood boards or references, and initial design styles or templates
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to other designers to ensure consistency and quality
  • Engage in client meetings to present and explain design concepts, fostering collaboration and understanding

We are seeking candidates who possess:

  • Extensive with minimum 6+ years of experience as a graphic designer, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs for diverse projects
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and visual, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with clients and team members
  • Strong leadership abilities, including the capacity to inspire and guide a team of designers to achieve project objectives
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful work
  • Previous experience in a leadership or mentorship role is a plus
